PRO Jumping Fitness is a professional trampoline fitness program which offers powerful, effective and high-energy training. Our signature U JUMP workout is built to help you burn fat, and strengthen and relax muscles with power exercises and stretching, all within 60 minutes.
U JUMP combines a high-intensity workout and muscle conditioning with slow and fast jumps, sprints, balancing elements, some dance steps, bodyweight exercises and more. You can expect a totally unique workout that tones the entire body and uses hundreds of muscles.
Of course, it doesn’t stop at a workout. Take your career to the next level and become a certified PRO Jumping Fitness instructor, with flexible options to help you join the PRO Jumping Fitness team or step out on your own!
