Be prepared to move, sweat and come back for moreWHAT TO BRING
- Your member card: Or voucher info, if you have one
- Water: Hydration is key. Bring a water bottle you can sip from during breaks
- Towel: U JUMP gets hot! We ask that you bring a sweat towel for training
- Proper attire: Standard gym attire is ideal. We want you to be comfortable.
- Shoes: For your safety, we ask that you wear trainers for U JUMP
- Try not to eat too much beforehand: You'll feel far more comfortable

HOW TO GET THERE
Driving: City of Stirling offers numerous parking options in and around Scarborough.
Public transport: Scarborough Beach is closest to Stirling Train Station on the Butler line.
Public transport is easy! You can get to Scarborough Beach by bus. These bus lines stop near the arena.
Bus: 410, 412, 421, 990.
